Location was great. Everywhere we wanted to go was 10-15 minutes away. Free parking, nice restaurant, good food, friendly service.

The rooms were very clean, a good size and very quiet. The entire hotel was spotless and the staff was all very helpful. The restaurant on site served a delicious breakfast and also had a nice bar.

Super neat. Super clean. Nice flowers surrounding property. Visitors can walk and view historic sites close to hotel.

The hotel was still as good as it was the last time we stayed there, it's nice that they have maintained the high standards we expected.

Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and to make the night more special, we were sent wine and cheese to our room.

The staff was excellent! The location of course, can’t be beat, being right on the Erie Canal. The rooms…are the most immaculate I have EVER seen. But I’ll tell you, the staff, every one of them, are the reason why I will return to this hotel.
